We would like to remind all the visitors to Townsend Farm Camping, that they view the air show at their own risk insofar as there is any risk from an accident with an aircraft.

All Campers are expected to show consideration to their fellow campers


Drunk and disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated


The speed limit on the campsite is 10mph. Please be aware of children and dogs


The only fires allowed on site are purpose built barbecues. No open fires


The site manager reserves the right to move vehicles, tents, caravans or other such equipment should it prove necessary, without liability for costs or damages incurred whilst doing so. Costs for moving said vehicles would be reclaimed from the owner,


All campers are responsible for properly disposing of their own rubbish. Bins and skips are provided throughout the campsite. Please leave your pitches clear of rubbish


Your FAIRFORD AIRSHOW CAMPING ON TOWNSED FARM ID must be displayed at all times whilst on the site. Any person or vehicle unable to produce valid campsite ID will not be allowed in and will be asked to leave.


Dogs are allowed on site but must be kept under control at all times. All dog waste is expected to be cleared up and disposed of.


Cancellations received on or before 15 June 2017 are subject to a £10 admin fee. Refunds cannot be given for cancellations made on or after June 17 2017. All valid refunds will be issued by 31st August 2015.


Should the Royal International Air Tattoo 2017 be cancelled, postponed, moved or shortened for whatever reason Fairford Airshow Camping cannot guarantee a full refund.
